Chickpeas Salad with Olives & Tomato

I had this chickpeas salad for lunch yesterday and it tasted great. 




100-150 g of boiled chickpeas
1 large tomato – chopped
1/2 small bell pepper – cut into small pieces
10-15 olives – green/stuffed/ I used green olives stuffed with bell peppers
1/2 small onion (optional)
Handful of cilantro – chopped


3 tbsp Olive oil ( Add more if you love it)
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Chaat Masala – 1 teaspoon
Salt (according to taste)
1/2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar (optional)
2 tbsp Flax seed meal (optional. I add it because it is healthy not for taste)

Combine all the ingredients including the dressing ingredients in a large bowl and mix well and serve.
